About the project

Some background:

Posture affects people in many different ways

Upright is the world-leading posture trainer, that attaches to your back and vibrates when you slouch, using biofeedback technics.

Research shows, that good posture can prevent back pain, have a positive impact on your confidence and even help with pre-existing conditions.

The challenge:

Clearly display multiple offers in the buy-box

The offer on the product page changed from just a single device to single & bundle offers. We identified, based on heat maps & user feedback, that users were not sure about which option was the right one for them, and what was included in each product bundle.

The main goal was to improve the conversion rates for the product pages.

The goals

01

Reduce visual clutter

The structure & UI of the original version of the buy box needed to be updated.

02

Add clarity to the offers

The list of items included in a bundle was constantly changing and required a new and clear structure

03

Increase CRO

The overall goal for e-commerce product pages is achieved, partially, by reducing unnecessary friction during the user journey.

Initial state
The baseline of the project was adding a basic bundle of a posture trainer device, extra adhesives & a necklace for an alternative way of wearing the trainer.
The necklace was offered in 6 different colors.
UX issues:
  • The content of the bundle is not clear
  • The different objects are clustered together, creating a visual overload
